Throughout this entire year (2021), Greece has been celebrating the 200 year anniversary of the country's liberation from the turkish occupation. Every cultural activity evolved around this theme. So for this year's Intetrnational Book Fair in Thessaloniki, illustrators were asked to create a picture on the subject of their own personal revolution. And voilà mine! A rooster because of France, of course. My life completely changed when I moved to France, both to study art and to restart my life 8 years later. It was, both times, something I had to work hard for and fight to achieve. It was difficult and sometimes even threatening (hence the guns). But I made it in the end, so all well that ends well!!!
